By placing an order on glynn.store, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion.

 

An order is confirmed only when you receive a written order confirmation from us by email. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order, including in cases of:

•       Pricing errors or inaccuracies

•       Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment

•       Product unavailability

•       Unusually large or suspicious order quantities

 

4.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

 

Prices displayed at checkout do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other import-related fees. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

 

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout from time to time. All payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

 

By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.

 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we suspect fraudulent payment activity.

 

4.4 Order Cancellation and Modification

You may cancel or modify your order before it has been packed by contacting us immediately at support@glynn.store. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for further details.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to customers worldwide. Shipping times, costs, and carrier information are set out in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

 

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local carriers, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible products. The following conditions apply:

•       Cosmetic products: unopened and unused products only, within 30 days of delivery

•       Supplements: first order per customer, per product, within 30 days of delivery regardless of whether opened. Subsequent orders: unopened only.

•       All other products: evaluated based on product category; see our Refund & Return Policy for details

 

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product, you must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order. Full details are set out in our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

 

If you have any issue with your order, please contact us at support@glynn.store before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that are not consistent with the terms of our Refund & Return Policy and to provide relevant documentation to our payment processors.

 

For lost or missing parcels, once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, we consider our delivery obligation fulfilled. We may require written documentation from the carrier confirming a delivery error before considering any remedy.

 

7. Product Warranty

All Glynn™ products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and manufacturing from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Full warranty terms are set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

 

8. Use of Our Website

8.1 Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use glynn.store for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

Glynn™ products are sold exclusively through our official website at www.glynn.store. We are not responsible for products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers, marketplaces, or resellers. Products purchased outside our official channel are not covered by our Refund & Return Policy or warranty.

 

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

18.1 Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

By accessing or using our website, or by purchasing or using our products or services, you agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, our products, or our services shall be governed exclusively by Korean law and resolved exclusively in the courts of the Republic of Korea.

 

18.2 Dispute Resolution

If we are unable to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Korea.
